Today we signed the “purchase and sale agreement”, PNS — Purchase and Sale agreement.
The next deadline is called the “Closing date,” by which all documents must be gathered (including the loan), everything checked to be in order from a legal standpoint, and the issues we flagged must be fixed (mostly minor ones).
