Today is closing day. We’re supposed to get the keys.
Yesterday was the “final walkthrough” — we saw the house already empty, no furniture, no clutter.
Upcoming tasks#
We need to set up some kind of project for everything that needs to be done next: my wife is already planning to paint a room, some furniture will need to be reworked because it won’t fit, and the most urgent thing — change the door locks, and add childproof locks where there aren’t any, like the boiler room.
Speaking of the boiler room — it finally gives me a sense of what those Freddy Krueger movies are about. I should write about it in more detail ))
