In the digital age, one should prepare to pass on to heirs or relatives the logins and passwords for banks and various other systems they may need in the event of an unexpected end.
Challenges#
A few challenges:
- easy to use
- if lost/misplaced/stolen prematurely — it is not dangerous (meaning it is encrypted)
- guaranteed to work years from now — software availability, architecture compatibility, etc. — does it need to be a self-contained device that only needs power, a password, and a screen?
