Found in the code of an official developer:

 **KvoSpisuem** = Min(RowNU.QuantityNU, **KvoSpisuemBU**);

It should be either “Spisuemo” (Ukrainian) or “Spisyvaem” (Russian).

But here you go — a surzhyk mashup right in the variable names.
